Weight loss challenge – Week 3
I had another great week this week. I’ve really been watching my portions, and paying attention to what I’m eating and when I’m eating.
This week I lost another 2 lbs I’m down to 174. I’ve lost 12 pounds since I’ve started.
One thing that I think has really helped me is drinking ALOT. I can’t stand drinking plain water so I add Crystal Light Pure ( it has Stevia) to it. I’m also drinking a lot of hot tea. Chai tea is my favorite.
Like I said last week, one thing that’s really important to remember is not to eat anything (especially carbs) 3 hours before bedtime. I usually stay up late, but I stop eating carbs after 5:30 or so. All I usually have after 5:30 is fruit, veggies, water, and tea. On a couple of occasions I’ve had a Greek Yogurt if I forgot to eat enough protein earlier in the day.
This week I’m starting an exercise challenge as well, so wait for a post about that on Monday. I’ll also be continuing my Eating Healthy on a Budget Series. This week I’ll be focusing on sales cycles.
Next week I’ll be posting an updated picture to update you on my progress.
How are you doing with your weight loss goals. Just make small steps and over time you’ll see amazing changes take place.

I saw a post on twitter that they were looking for someone to do a guest post or something. Let me know and I’ll find that link for you. I think you’ll be an inspiration to them 🙂
