Really enjoy the saving tips and alerts of where to buy…too bad I’m in Canada and can’t take advantage of all the savings. Thanks for visiting my blog for the hop. Also love your weight loss journey and how you are sharing and encouraging others.

It’s much different in Canada. One way is to just focus on sales, each week most stores have a few things that are “loss leaders” things they are willing to let go of at a loss to get in to the store. If you see good prices, on things your family uses on a regular basis try to buy a couple extra to last you until the next sale. Even when you save a little money, you’re still doing awesome!

Vanita, yeah I understand. There can be a lot of variance between one store and another. I’ve been at pharmacies who’ve given me a hard time about prescription gift cards, and I just find another one that appreciates my business. 🙂
      Thanks for stopping by Vanita!
